Card Safe Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Card Safe, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate account information.

The service

Card Safe helps users store, organize, share, purchase, reload, and trade gift cards. Stored balances may change outside the app, so users remain responsible for verifying gift-card details.

Card Safe Premium

Card Safe offers free features and an optional auto-renewable Premium subscription purchased through the App Store on iOS or Google Play on Android. Premium includes unlimited imported gift-card storage, marketplace listings and offers, gift-card groups and contributions, and expanded organization tools. Gift-card purchases, reloads, and marketplace transaction charges are separate from Premium and are disclosed before checkout. You can manage or cancel Premium in the subscription settings for the store where you purchased it. Deleting your Card Safe account does not cancel the subscription.

Marketplace and sharing

Users are responsible for the validity and ownership of cards they list, share, or trade. Cash-sale listings are available only when Card Safe has enabled supported payment and seller-payout services. Card Safe facilitates user interactions but does not guarantee a listing, card balance, or transaction between users. Fraudulent, stolen, invalid, deceptive, abusive, unlawful, or infringing content and conduct are prohibited.

User content

You retain ownership of content you submit, including profile images, card images, listings, messages, and reviews. You grant Card Safe a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit the content.

Users can report listings, messages, and accounts in the app. Card Safe may review reports, remove content, restrict features, or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Account termination

You may delete your account in the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, threaten other users, compromise the service, or create legal or fraud risk.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Card Safe is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount paid to Card Safe for the applicable service during the 12 months before the claim.
